Fanatics Collectibles is giving one of its biggest brands a design refresh for 2024.

Just in time for its new Road to Opening Day release, Fanatics Collectibles announced this week that it plans to make several design changes to its MLB Topps NOW lineup.

While not massively different from past releases, the design changes focus on a larger team logo, a bolder player name and the addition of more team colors.

Another highlight of the design changes is a larger space for clear parallels. Most clear along the bottom of the card, that larger space could make parallels easier to identify.

Along with the design changes, Topps also announced the Road to Opening Day release, which it says “celebrates the journey to the 2024 regular season.” The set is expected to be released in March.

Printed on-demand, Topps NOW cards attempt to capture major moments as they happen. Offered during a limited release window, NOW cards are printed to fulfill the exact number of orders placed.

Some of the most popular MLB Topps NOW cards from 2023 include Victor Wembanyama throwing out a 1st pitch, Ronald Acuna Jr. achieving the first-ever 40-70 season and Elly De La Cruz hitting for the cycle.
