Packers Running Back AJ Dillon Includes Hobby Easter Eggs While Signing Cards

Packers running back and sports card collector AJ Dillon has been adding inscriptions to his cards while signing.

Green Bay Packers running back AJ Dillon’s love for sports cards has been well-documented, but he’s making it even more clear with a special set of inscriptions on cards he recently signed.

A collector and regular box breaker through his Dillon’s Deals account, Dillon recently shared an Instagram post showing off some of the inscriptions for collectors to hunt.

“Dillon’s Deals is and will always be for #thehobby,” Dillon wrote in the caption. “Thought this could be fun, I’m excited to watch these pop out of packs soon!”

Some of the inscriptions include “#thehobby,” “Go Packers” and “Dillon’s Deals.”

“As you all know, I’m huge into the hobby, big card collector, and I do breaks,” Dillon says in the video. “I decided to add some fun inscriptions that the hobby would love. Some jokes, some football related stuff, some Packers stuff. Of course, Dillon’s Deals.”

He also references jokes about his large quads while including inscriptions that say “Leg Day” and nicknames like “Quadzilla” and the “Quadfather.”

Then there’s a knock-knock joke that appears to stretch over at least three cards.

Numbered to 99, the autographs appear to be part of 2023 Immaculate Collection Football, which is set to release in April.

“I hope whoever gets these cards enjoys them or gets a laugh out of them,” Dillon said. “I’m excited to see who gets a full set first of my knock-knock joke. For warning, it is a dad joke.”

A second-round pick by the Packers in the 2020 NFL Draft, Dillon’s passion for the hobby led him to create Dillon’s Deals, an account where he opens boxes of sports cards on the breaking platform Loupe.
